HEALTH AND SAFETY

The Burns Scaffolding safety team regularly visit sites to ensure all structures have been constructed correctly to specification and that structures and surrounding areas are safe to client, public and our employees.

 

Burns Scaffolding are compliant with all relevant legislations, codes of practice and all are available upon request alongside our health and safety policies.

 

Full Personal Protective Equipment are supplied and worn at all relevant times. We ensure that each scaffolder is given the opportunity to achieve new qualifications through the relevant bodies. These are CITB/CISRS/CSCS and all our operatives are certified for Asbestos awareness training through UKATA.

 

We acknowledge the requirements of the Construction Industry Regulations and understand legal obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and related health and safety legislation and inforce these to our team and when we work

Burns Scaffolding are an accredited member of CHAS
the construction health & safety scheme.
